How does one word this properly?

Wouldn't it need timing of some kind, or to mention the stack in some horribly confusing way? Maybe "Until end of turn, all spells must target this spells target." cept that would counter spells on the stack or be ineffective huh...your wording is probably fine and would be covered with the dreaded oracle treatment. If you want to get more wordy maybe: "If you do, redirect all spells to target this spells target"

I cant think of an a...Antithetic, Anachronic, no ideas on how to make them useable.

I suppose it should be "Redirect all its targets."
It's supposed to deal all the damage it would deal to a single creature or player instead, which is why the pyroclasm effect is worded so awkwardly.
