Not to nitpick a teammates actions, but I think you should be a bit more specific with your actions than just persuade/decieve next merchant. That can be a lot of things...

I am an important noble (decieve)/ can you have so-and-so come and find me? (Persuade)
Might you answer a question for me (persuade)/ oh, wait I'm insane (decieve).
He stole my sister's necklace! (decieve)/ Help me! (Persuade)

that would be most helpful

@SeTiny: Also, seems Mirella/Gleep Wurp wants us to split up again. I'll take either job (watch establishment or follow the woman with the scar... How are we supposed to know her? Not that I can't think of an IC solution.)

I guess I'm trying to find the balance between being tedious...I.e., talking to twelve merchants and repeating myself, and storyboarding it. I guess if a player told me he/she was pretending to be interested in buying a place, I'd make a bunch of rolls myself and sum it up so the other players didn't have to wait. "Most proprietors seem confused by your line of questioning, but one..."

That sort of thing. I'm trying to keep things moving.

Not trying to split anyone up, but social skills are like stealth. It only takes one misplaced action or comment (or roll) to muck up the chance. But if we did split up, that's the beauty of PBP...it's not a big deal and, in fact, keeps things moving for when one player isn't able to post for a couple of days.

I can post IC who the scarred lady is. Figured it was implied since you guys were looking for me anyways. But no problem on spelling it out, I guess.

So what will become of Colt? I also don't want the just never existed version to take place or just a random victim... But this is something for the DM to decide. Because this also deals with a guild initiation and I can't see a simple way to resolve it.
