At the end of the day, responsibility for findig reasons to get along is everyone's. It's not strictly up to me to create a motivation for your character to like mine. In fact, you seem to keep looking for reasons to hate on Kronos. Make up some arbitrary reason why Jastor might start to like the guy and stick with it. Look for an excuse to get along. Once you've found even just one, expand upon it and go from there. Don't sit back and wait for me to provide that motivation for you. You'll be waiting a long time if you do. It's up to you to decide how you want Jastor to get along with his compatriots.
Except I wasnt talking about the group liking one another I was talking about the group having reasons to be a group in the first place. We banded together to escape the city and now we have done so theres not much of a reason to remain a group save for 'safety in numbers'. Hence trying to have a mature conversations about people character goals and pushing for people to give more an an insight into what they wanted and what their character would have as a reason for remaining in "The Currently Unnamed Survivors of Amarath".
I wasnt hating on Kronos, simply mentioning that thus far his goals and personality dont really hold any reason for him to remain with the people that have already been chaffed by his personality. And in your own words he's neutral towards the group at best, so like I said his current motivation to be with the party is the prophecy that the group is somehow important. Additionally, every time something comes up, his go to response is "Wait right here, I'll be back" then he goes off and does his own thing for a bit and comes back... like with One Eye or the stables etc.
I honestly dont care if the party
likes each other. Its not needed in a good party let alone in an evil one, members can see each other simply as means to an end and it still works fine. But the group should have some sort of reasons to want to be together so I was trying to find those reasons for both Alladar and Kronos. Alladar has just not been at the center of attention enough for me to know what his goals and motivations are, we've roleplayed back and forth and him and Jastor have more or less put aside the argument from the start of the game. And well, I've already said my piece on Kronos.
I mean, I'm offering you an ally on a silver plater and your response is "why should I?" That's not very helpful.
I have no idea what this is in reference to or response to.
But let's do something. I feel right now like I'm the only one sitting here who wants to keep moving forward with this right now.
Ask Garren to run Kronos a solo campaign in his world.
