Hey, guys.

Haven't been around in a while. I don't know if you'll still have me in any of the games that I was in that are still going. I mean, I can perfectly understand if all my characters are considered dead.

I just want to know the status of things.

I've been NPCing you in Tomb of Horrors. Feel free to come back and join us if you're able to do so.

Noted Zinger, reading up on the game events.

And at Felbatista, I don't think True Believer intends for me to come back into the game. The halfling barbarian maybe gone for good.

Well, T_B's word is final, but we're technically still missing a player over there. I would talk to him if I were you.

I am not against your return, I don't keep grudges, not at all. I even kept Leskyns disappearance vague, thinking in this possibility. I am just against non-reported inactivity, every time this happens I will offer your position or anyone else to other player, if other player pick the position, you lose yours. This is just fair.

Shockwave! Welcome back man. Been too long. Here's a quick summary of what you missed in my games anyway;

Fall of Amarath
You got out of the sewers (finally!). You met One-Eye before Zinger immediately killed him. Due to luck and circumstance you were on one of the boats that didn't explode!

Basically yeah your now out of the city. If you want back in feel free to post IC at any point. I was going to find a way to have you disappear a little later but if your back then you can easily step back in. You've basically just been following the others leads for a little while.

Desire and the Dead
Like three of the five players disappeared for this one so it's pretty much dead. These things happen.

He got lost during the chaos against the Kruthics. He can reach the other players the same way the other players reached there as soon as the current fight is over. You can update experience to be the same too.

Hey shawny welcome to the forum. Best place to check is the set-up thread. Currently their a 5E D&D game looking for new players though you may find a couple others if you dig around.

What sort of game you lookin for Shawny?

Edit : Eep, posted at the same time as him lol.

Aye, we've got two 5e games running and a third forming but I'd love to see more around here (so I can play obviously). Its a streamlined system and really easy to learn.

I downloaded the basic rules, as I can't get my hands on any of the books quite yet. But I am interested.

So this is probably going to be in the future a ways but would people have an issue with playing in a campaign setting where human was the only race option?

If it helps the standard '+X Chosen Attribute, +1 Feat, +1 Skill' format wouldn't be used. The humans would be broken down into different nations and countries and that would grant them different racial traits.

So like the guys from the warrior nation with mandatory conscription would begin play with weapon and armour proficiencies while the guys from the bustling mercantile port city would get abilities dealing with trade, social situations and the sea.

Thoughts?

Sounds like your thinking of this being a 5e adventure Garren? I could see that as interesting, but its going to be a little while before I can sign up for a game. Currently can't save the starter kit PDFs to my phone.
