It's been a fun game so far and I really love the setting and story that DS has crafted, but on top of not having much time I'm just not finding the drive. I'd prefer that people werent waiting on me to come around and when I do it being a subpar post for what I would prefer my characters to be presented as.

Should we put the game on hold, or is it possible for us to keep going with just three characters?

I love the world here, and I've been fully enjoying this game, as it was my first PbP, and my first anything in decades. But, it's likely going to be a little while before I can fully commit, with the upcoming schedule. I can keep going at the same level I've got now, which is more or less the min, and start posting more as I have time, or, if we need to put it on hold, I'm fine with that as well.

Yeah, if people aren't feeling it, we can put the game on pause for now. Is there something in particular I could be doing differently? Open to feedback.

Honestly I'm really liking the game - Zau is probably my favourite character to role play, I've got some interesting characters to bounce off and the worlds a lot more detailed then the usual 'there is a cave with orcs. Will you kill the cave?' thing you get for low-level characters.

Only really issue I have is 4th Edition combat is kinda really slow but that might just be me.

tbh, if I had foresight, I would have held off until 5e to do this game, because (as I mentioned), 5e is a much cleaner version with which to do what I want (except it doesn't have gnolls or deva (yet) and I liked eladrin more than high elves).

Since so much is going on pause right now, I was thinking about starting a new game in this setting with 5e.

Have to say I love this game and DS does a spetacular job. I'm just questioning our ability to keep going with 2.5 players.
