Living Legend Creature - Spirit Indestructible When Living Legend becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it. Eons call and legends answer. 6/6
Perfect originality is overrated and often ugly. The best and most beautiful cards I've ever seen were clearly inspired by something else. Cards are not entirely unlike living organisms in this regard. All the good ones are a result of long evolution; the 'original' ones are either mono-cellular or mutant aberrations.

adiofgbnab | Creature - something something else Bestow , Aura Swap Flying When ~ comes into play, draw a card. Enchanted Creature gets +2/+1 and has flying. 2/1
Thats actually amazing synergy!

Real-Estate Mogul | Creature — Human Citizen ~ can't be blocked except by Walls. Whenever ~ becomes blocked by a creature, you may pay . If you do, gain control of that creature at the end of combat. The rise of the new merchant class caught the old nobles by surprise. They were ready to raise defenses against an army, not against a pocketbook. 2/2

"Piss off, I'm drinking! Piss off, or die! Piss off, I'm drinking! Piss off, or die!"
Its a strong creature, but not too strong. Its kind of a debate, because he trades really well/can't be chump blocked. But its only 2 damage if unblocked. I just like the synergy between the two abilities activating. (This would be killer in a standard draft environment, as it kills things with 4 or less toughness, which often come on expensive bodies.)
P.S. Thank you cato. The blademaster is an excellent comparison. The extra white and lower toughness compensate the flanking pretty effectively.

Yeah... He mixes it up real good in combat but as a real threat... Phantom Warrior much? I guess he's a stronger blocker than PW, but at the same time if you drop a big nasty, you can block and kill the samurai. It might be standard playable but might not.

Elegance: 23/25 The two mechanics do interact, but the first effect is only mildly enhanced by the pyroclasm going off. This produces a dissonance that I find distasteful. Balance: 5/5 Ice-cream-hat-on-a-pug-ness: 5/5 Follows criteria: 4/5 as explained under Elegance, the synergy isn't all that great. Flavor: 1/5 This does not match what the card is doing. If it really was a test, a certain kind of creature would be exempted from the damage, rather than who is favored by the planeswalker. Total: 38/45

Elegance: 25/25 There is an interesting tension between sunburst and domain, in that sunburst is easier to obtain through artificial means, but domain requires the natural rainbow. Balance: 4/5 I'm pretty sure a 10/10 on turn 5 is insane, but to cast such a creature, the mana mix is rather hard to obtain. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure it's possible with green land fetching, and perhaps earlier than turn 5 at that. Ice-cream-hat-on-a-pug-ness: 4/5 see below Follows criteria: 1/5 It's almost the same ability, so the synergy is almost non-existent. like "Scry 2, then look at the top two cards of your libary." Flavor: 2/5 Not much there, other than a reference to the Etched Oracle Total: 36/45

Final Round
Make a creature that mechanically has to have a specific power and toughness. And no */* creatures.

I'm not sure I understand the criteria, honestly. But I'll see what I can do.
Rebel without a Cause | Creature — Human Rebel Rogue Provoke ~ has +1/+1 for every -1/-1 counter on it, and has -1/-1 for every +1/+1 counter on it. "There are some fiercely independent people out there with such fury and skill you only wish you could have them in your army...if you could just get them to follow orders." —Argus Kos 3/3
The synergy lay in that both effects triggered when the creature is blocked. It creates a 2 power/toughness gap. Weakening and strengthening the two creatures. Probably could have gotten better mechanics, but oh well. I originally was toying around with battlecry and battalion.
The criteria says that it has to have a specific p/t. But not that it has to start with it.
Explosive Construct Creature - Construct If ~ is a 5/1 at the beginning of the end step, sacrifice it. If you do, it deals 5 damage to each creature or player. : ~ gets +1/-1 until end of turn. 0/6

Not quibbling about scores, but I disagree. I think the application of a fire to the world that spares a 'worthy' soul definitely fits a test for me.I don't think it's important who applies the test. Anyway.
I'm not sure I get this criteria, but I'll try anyway.
Wretched Soloist | Creature - Demon Phasing At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control another permanent, Wretched Soloist phases out. When this devil plays, no-one stays to listen. 9/9
So it has to have a P/T because you control nothing to change it with yaaaaay.
