So for the record you all know there are goblins and they have yet to see you. At any point you could launch an attack (rolling initiative and granting yourselves a surprise round) or you can attempt to move into a better position. Bare in mind that moving around may alert the goblins and you will lose your surprise round (except maybe Booker since he's pretty much already in position).

What you do now is up to you.

What's your plan exactly? I think you guys should just attack the little bastards and let us cover the distance during our surprise round. It's better than risk losing our advantage in a dice roll.

No we need Lee to come running in screaming and ruin the ambush. You should totally do that.

Lee is a drunkard, not a moron. Wasn't that conversation with Argun clear enough?

Besides, the worst thing Lee would do here is lay back and sleep (maybe the snores would ruin the ambush, though). Running and Screaming is totally a Sandal's thing.

You do yes. As does LordFluffy. I was going to get all the initiative counts then let you take your surprise rounds before anything help happens.

Well, my plan had been to attack from cover after coordinating with Booker. I was also trying to give anyone a chance to react that wanted it before we started shooting things.

That plan has now skipped to the shooting things step.

Garren: Booker and Argun are concealed, so our first attack will be with advantage, correct?

Indeed they will. The enemies are kinda aware of the others but have no idea where you two are.

Edit: Ya know what? LordFluffy and Midas - if you want to go ahead and take your surprise rounds now feel free to do so. It wont change anything.

Hey Midas! I took the liberty of throwing an extra d6 damage in there for Sneak Attack - you did have advantage on that roll after all - worked out enough to kill the goblin too which is nice.

We should probably try to keep one alive this time, eh?

Yay! I wasn't sure if the goblins were still oblivious enough for me to have advantage or not.

Also, sorry about not moving myself or stating a destination cell. I'm on a tablet at the moment and everything is more tedious.

I was kinda hoping between the two of you you would kill both the goblins - just so the battle is over before Island and T_B even turn up to roll initiative
