Magnetism Mage isn't as heavy handed as many of the others, although I'm wary of the power level. Anyway, voting for Parad, although I could see an argument for Confused if I wasn't so anal about this temporary/permanent theme.

Mown.I worry it may need a more restrictive cost, or need to tap two artefacts or something, but that's a worry for later.

Blue Criteria: At common, blue has only 1 flying creature. Make a blue common creature with flying with a : activation.
