At the beginning of each upkeep, the player whose turn it is puts a light counter on Power of the Sun and chooses one:
  • Each player sacrifices a land for each light counter on Power of the Sun.
  • Power of the Sun deals damage equal to the number of light counters on it to each player
  • Destroy each artifact and creature with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of light counters on Power of the Sun

Add five mana of any combination of colors to your mana pool, then Exile cardname.
Until the end of turn, whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast target instant or sorcery spell from a graveyard without paying its mana cost, exile both spells when they resolve.

Add to your mana pool. ~ deals X damage to each creature, planeswalker and player, where X is the number of in your mana pool. Damage dealt this way can't be prevented and creatures can't be regenerated this turn.

I took the wording directly from Hall of the Bandit Lord. I guess it doesn't really matter anyway, since haste only makes a difference on the first turn?
