Make a rare lord for artifacts and/or artificers. Should be from the academy in Frostwynd.
Better idea:
Make an uncommon that can add/remove card types from other permanents.

Turn to Ice
:2::u::u:
Enchant Permanent
Enchanted permanent is a colorless artifact with no abilities (it loses all other types and subtypes)
Engrave :4::u:
Deep in Frostwynd, no thaw will ever reach a frozen soul.

Pretty cool. A little shocked that the simple, tap to gain/loose types critter hasn't been made yet though.

Well, I can't submit a card, but if I could, it would look something like this:

Transubstantialist
Creature - Human Wizard
Target creature gains or loses your choice of the artifact or enchantment types until end of turn.
1/1

Just sayin'

Tevish.
Man, nobody took the hint. Was I too subtle? I just really liked the idea of a card that could be used to activate your mastery or cancel your opponent's. Probably should have just made that the criteria.

And I take it! Shape Reality shall be added to the spoiler.

Make a Rare Hat Trick. (This is a card that appeals to all three of Timmy, Johnny, and Spike.)

Brazen Cutthroat
Creature - Human Rogue
Whenever Brazen Cutthroat deals damage to an opponent that player discards a card.
At the beginning of the end step, put a permanent discarded by an opponent this turn from their graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
4/4
“Larceny, liberation. The difference is literally a razors edge.”

Discard two cards from your hand: Search your library for a card that shares a type with exactly one of those cards and a mana cost with the other card (Mana cost includes color. The card you search for may share a mana cost with both cards but may only share a type with one.)
Its riddles are lies, their answers clever contradictions.
4/5

It's a big iconic beater with tournament-worthy stats and a freaky ability that begs to be groken in strange ways.

For each creature on the battlefield each player controls, each other player puts a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that creature except its an Illusion in addition to its other types and has base toughness 1.
