I haven't been involved in this draft as I don't know these cards, but that Battle Screech looks like it would really help this deck put bodies on the field. And it could make Radiant, Archangel huge.

Recoup seems awesome in this deck except we somehow managed to have 3 sorceries that don't want it (Screech, Hammer, and Thunderblade Charge).

Recoup Armegeddon is literally the greatest table flipping ever. Plus we can complement them again "It's amazing how well you play with actual fire shooting out of your nose"

Recoup is has a higher ceiling but heart is the less greedy option and the one more likely to pay off.
