The next round is going to be a Green round.

This is because Blue, Black, and Colorless all have 6 cards left to make, while Green has 7 and Red has only 5. If we make the next round a green round, all the threads will finish at once.

Echo's card is hilarawesome, but I have power level concerns and also it doesn't synergize with relics. That leaves Dudibus and Mown. Tough choice. Mown's is wackier. Dudibus' would be a real treat to drop for 3R but seems fair.

Tevish: Really wordy. Don't know why you encourage eating relics, given that they are designed to be fodder.
Echo: Red Grizzly Bear. It's an okay card. Probably shouldn't be a Viashino. Doesn't work well with relics, which is annoying.
Parad: I kind of like this, although cost reduction is a really powerful effect. Also probably shouldn't be a Viashino, since Artifacts is a Frostwynd thing.
Confused: Same about Viashino as the two above. The burn ability feels a little boring.
Dubidus: Meh, beatstick that gets destroyed by blue.

I want to vote for Echo and give it pod treatment (CMC+1), and rebalance it somewhat.
