My bud Motleyslayer has failed to receive his confirmation email, if you could send another to him it would be much appreciated.

according to memberlist.php

there is no user with that username

maybe they have to respond to the confirmation e-mail to show up on that list

that makes sense I guess

It does make sense, but it would be great to even know if his registering was successful, if not I could just tell him to try again.

I'll raise the issue with one of the admin team.

In the meantime have him/her try to register again with the same username and email. Then let me know if they received an error saying the username was already taken.

I've confirmed ko's suspicion is true. Let me see if I can find anything in the admin console to resend.

I assume he's checked spam folders, right?

Are your friends checking their spam folders? That's really the only thing I can think of.

Last time you brought the issue up, I went and created a couple new accounts and all the emails for activation came through.
