I actually like this card, which is more than I can say for most commander cards. The design is elegant, the flavor is delightful, and it makes me wish valve added techies already.

My first thought was: Huh, I guess Savra is going to be :r::g::b: AND have a new general.

My second was: Two new cards for Savra: This guy as general and a Wheel of Fortune.
