And Dudibus takes it! Brenem, Light's Shadow shall be added to the spoiler, with Mown's wording suggestions.
And that brings White to a close! I decided that the idea I discussed here was too complicated to execute, so I'm just going to let each round finish naturally.
Congratulations on finishing our first color, guys!
The wording changes are the best idea. I got caught up in how clever can I be instead of what makes the best design sense.
I will post something as soon as I can, but on the weekends I don't get a lot of time on the computer. I want to take a good look at the spoiler to see I think is needed. If you can't wait I understand.
Perfect originality is overrated and often ugly. The best and most beautiful cards I've ever seen were clearly inspired by something else. Cards are not entirely unlike living organisms in this regard. All the good ones are a result of long evolution; the 'original' ones are either mono-cellular or mutant aberrations.

It's time to resurrect these original Color Threads! Winners in the main Starstill Reborn thread will set two criteria: one freeform, and a second to bring back one of the original six design threads.

Lets make a white uncommon that capitalizes on all the lifegain in the set, that is constructed playable and balanced in limited.
Opaline Desire Enchantment (U) Enchantments you cast cost you less to cast. Whenever you gain life, Opaline Desire becomes a creature with base power and toughness 4/4 until end of turn.

Starborn Seraph Creature-Angel (U) Flying At the beginning of each end step, if you gained life this turn, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token Mastery-If you control an artifact, a creature and an enchantment, create two of those tokens instead. 4/4
Sunsomething Banisher Creature - Type Cleric When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent until ~ leaves the battlefield. When you gain life, if there is a card exiled by ~, you may put that card on the bottom of its owner's library. 3/1

Weary Traveller Creature - Human Scout Lifelink If you gained life this turn, ~ enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. 2/1
Nah
Sorcery If a creature entered the battlefield under your control this turn, gain 3 life. Then if you gained life from a source other than ~ this turn, create a 1/1 white Cleric enchantment creature token.

Celestial Cantor Creature - Angel (U) Flying, lifelink At the beginning of your upkeep, if you gained 5 or more life this turn, put two +1/+1 counters on Celestial Cantor. She sings of the time before the Starstill, and for but a moment, the world seems to turn once more. 2/2

I vote for Knight Otu.
Voting shall last 48 hours! Please think of a White criterion you'd like to set in the event you win the round. Rare slots are already full for now.

Dudibus wins the vote! I would have voted for his card too, if not for Sunbringer Falcon already being in the set. Perhaps instead of reducing the cost of enchantments by 1, it could say that other enchantment creatures you control get +1/+1? That's one effect that's missing for the set. perhaps a Training Grounds variant? Still, I want to hold true to the spirit of the vote. I leave the discrepancy up to the will of the people, and Dudibus most of all.
In any case, that means you set the next criterion for this thread, Dudibus! you also won the other thread! here's a list of holes i threw together to jog your creavity if you're at a loss:
Spoiler
• There's a ton of lifegain in white, but not a single instance of the actual keyword lifelink, nor any way to capitalize on all that lifegain like, for example, Ajani's Pridemate or Felidar Sovereign.
• Blue seems OP in constructed but pitiful in Sealed/Limited. It doesn't really have any awesome common creatures, and for all its 1-CMC spells, none of them are creatures, or actually the kind of card you'd love to play on Turn 1.
• Regarding your beautiful card that just won, there are only seven cards in the set with the word "upkeep" and most of them are drawbacks. World Queller, Biting Frost, and Spiral of Death are the only ones that really combo with it. (That Spiral of Death one is nasty, though!)
• Black has a couple of cards that interact with Enchantment or Mastery but not as many as I personally would like. That's kind of my thing though.
• Black has a ton of scary single-target removal in Deathly Chill, Dig a Grave, and Gravefall, but no AoE to speak of. I mean, there's Bahraz the Tyrant at Mythic, but I feel like limited could use some sort of Infest variant?
• I don't really see many holes in Red, although I will say that for a set that's supposed to care about card types with Red being part of the spell deck, it does seem weird that there's no Fork variant anywhere. Also, while there is Ignite the Ashes at 3, Insult to Injury conditionally, and Biting Frost over time, there isn't really any cheap burn like Lava Spike or Shock. The closest is Chargeblaster at Uncommon, which, although ridiculously pushed numbers-wise, can't target face and isn't a spell.
• Green has no artifact removal outside of Relic Crusher.
• I purposefully went light on the Sylvan stuff in my rework because I didn't want to go too heavy-handed on it, but at only four cards that mention it by name, it could stand to have a little bit more love.
• Almost all of our common artifacts are creatures; almost all of our uncommon/rare/mythic artifacts are noncreatures. This may be fine.
• There could definitely stand to be substantially more lands.
That said, feel free to go as haywire as you'd like! I don't mean to constrict you with the sblock above, just the things that jumped out at me from a skim.
In any case, here are the rarity spots still free:
Spoiler
White: 4 Commons 3 Uncommons 1 Mythic
Blue: 6 Commons 2 Uncommons
Black: 7 Commons
Red: 2 Commons 3 Uncommons
Green: 2 Uncommons 4 Rares
Please post the criteria in their respective threads, or PM them to me, as you prefer.
I would be fine with the change to the enchantment reduction. Either the +1/+1 to other enchantment creatures, or a reduction to enchantment activation (are there enchantments that have a mana cost activation in the set)? Could also be a bump to healing (heal + 1), or a trigger for healing (whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield you gain 1 life, which would also trigger itself to becoming a creature) I will leave it to you however to fine tune as the set needs since you know it better than anyone. I just wanted it to do something other than just sit there waiting to become a creature.
As for the next criteria:
At common, white only has 1 flying creature. Create a white common creature with flying with a mana cost of three or more mana.

Curious Wraith Enchantment Creature - Spirit Flying Whenever Curious Wraith blocks a creature without flying, investigate. 2/5 The baleful day sears away every distraction and facet, save only the distilled core of who they once were.
