Right now they are named like "CWG Green Base ...but I could easily change the name skin to be something like CWG Base : Green that way all the pages show up near each other alphabetically.

Thanks for thy work there Bounty Hunter! Might we ask that they get the CWG Base: ~ version? Just so it is easier for us to poke around and edit as needed (and CWG Stronghold: ~).


On another note, all the armies and structures art on the site. We spent the better part of the weekend checking them all, so there shouldn't be any errors, but a few might hath slipped in all the same, so be sure to check thy namesake army at least! Thee will also notice that we hath added the first deadline, it is only movement, but thou hast a week to get a bit of figuring out how going to divvy the armies up and how to do it all. But we will post the movement and other War Game threads very shortly, just needed to get in to say that things art now moving again proper. The 7th War hast begun!

Trouble, Great Lord. Many of the units look to be missing their proper power and toughness. My Thunderblusts are lean, but they sure as Shiv ain't 0/0!

If you don't mind my asking, I'm still new to this whole command gig. What kind of organization does the Coalition have set up? I figure things'll go smoother if we don't step on each others' toes.

Ah yes, that one, there is a small matter in the code somewhere in which units with potentially variable p/t art not being displayed quite right (it is supposed to show up as the slot instead of 0). It is one of those 'to be fixed at some arbitrary future point,' but it might be easier just to put in double ups for each required unique slot as we think of it - but that will be another day when we hath not spent so long staring at a database.

Coalition command structure, currently it is one of those things to be sorting out, as far as we know it hath not been setup. But thou art Captain of Red Faction with complete control over all red armies at this point. We will get to putting things together on that front for thee over the next couple of days, but as Battle Judge we can only guide these things and would prefer thee lot to do that thyselves. In the past the Coalition hast been particularly divergent, with Captains holding dominion over their factions (promotions, army assignments, training, etc), as long as met the wider strategic goals proposed by the General and Admirals. Last round it was a lot more centralised with everything coming from the General with Captain power ultimately nominal. But there art plenty of options, if thee prefer, remain at Captain and treat each other as equals, and decide on a General later.

Anyone can join the War Game whenever they so wish, and the more the merrier. We hope to gather plenty in the turns to come to join in the destruction!

I've began moving all the base descriptors to their own pages and then linking to them from the man description page. They are now named CWG Base : White, CWG Base : Blue, etc. I'll get to the Portals and such when I can.

Half the stuff on http://cwg.derxis.ro/ doesnt work at all for me, so I've heard a few times that some of the base descriptions I've put on the wiki are old... if thats the case someone put the new stuff there and I'll format it.

The rules page needs a lot of pruning, but again that's going to take the eyes of someone with actual game experience.

We will get there, before turn's end, as some will have fights in them. Can thee let us know what links art not working though? We hath not got the Wargame/Account/Tutorial ones up and running again, but the army lists and bases art rather on the important side!

The irony here is that the Heros Club is out of character for the CWG and is thus in the OOC forum... but everything in the thread is roleplaying in character.
