Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, its controller exchange control of it with a creature he or she does not control.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if a creature did not enter the battlefield under his or her control this turn, ~ deals 4 to him or her.
Not quite what Spikus had in mind when he told his general to trade their forces with the enemy.

Eater of Histories
:2::r::r:
Creature - Elemental
Sacrifice an artifact: put a +1/+1 counter on Eater of Histories. If that artifact was a relic, Eater of Histories gains your choice of trample, first strike, or haste. If Eater of Histories already has trample, first strike, and haste it gains your choice of double strike, indestructible, or deathtouch instead.

@Mown: You can make it multicolor if you want. The rules allow that.

I suppose that is right.
My card apparently doesn't fit the criteria, now that I look at it.

I need to consider whether this is something I care about, or if I think my card is still in the spirit of the criteria.
Edit: Fits now.
