Honestly, he probably just went sight-seeing on the Wheel and Chardis found him. The Dual-Walkers hate it when others play with their toys...

It'd be pretty interesting if Chardis and Syl learned about the Maul of Cangrexo and where it is now.

Ok, so, I've been doing some tests and getting some very, very strange results.

I think I'm just going to drop the code in here and the results.




Here's what's worth noting:

First, adding any #name to something with nested tags seems to cause only the LOWEST tag to print, rather than the text around it. That explains why the continents have always given us trouble!

Second, originally this was structured the way the basic code we're using was structured, i.e. with the native subsets being named #sertarianative rather than just #native as they are now. THIS INVARIABLY CAUSED THE CALL TO FAIL. This is why we get "A Planar Native" even for planes with natives, sometimes, I think.

Third, even if you don't name the plane to call the planar native, IF YOU CALL FOR A NATIVE IT WILL PRINT FROM THE LIST OF NATIVES FROM THE LAST PLANE SELECTED! This means that even if we can't #name things, we can still call riders like {native}. We just won't be able to call the name of the plane itself a second time.

Obviously, I haven't done all the tests possible with this. If anyone else thinks of interesting experiments to run, feel free to play around with the source code I wrote. For example, I have no idea what happens if you drop two continents into the sertaria prompt. Probably the gates of hell open up and swallow you whole.

@Keeper: See, this is the stuff I'm just not good with. All that stuff's the ceiling, daddy-o.

I'm posting this for two reasons: First, because there's a bug. Second, because I imagine that the trouble he's telling Ellia about is how the Dual-Walkers are out to get him.

And thus begins the epic war between my characters and Tevish's, squaring off like Marvel vs DC or something...

He's got the trump with Ellia, but Raiker Venn hasn't gotten into the game yet...

That one's easy at least. It's calling $encounter when it should be calling $planeswalker (since there's no plane specified).

In fact, I went through and replaced all calls for $encounter with calls for $planeswalker in instances where there was no guarantee of a plane being called. $interaction therefore now calls only from $encounter.

"Help" him, you say? Umm...


"Yeah, look, we know you're an elephant and all, but we're just asking you to vote Democrat this ONE time. PLEASE?"
