Make a green Rare that has something to do with the Prismatic Wanderers.

Hmmm... hard to tie a green card together thematically with an artifact creature. Maybe something that the Wanderes were designed to imitate? Whatever, going for a mechanical link.

Ursara, The Grove-Tender
Legendary Creature - Elf Shaman
Whenever a nonland source would add mana to your mana pool, it adds twice that much mana to your mana pool instead.
2/2

I'm workng off the assumption here that I don't have to specifically mention anything about mana colour. Should be easy enough to fix if I'm wrong.

OK, this is just my musing, and you guys can obviously submit whatever you want, but just to give you a better idea of what might get my vote:

The Card I'm Secretly Trying to Use this Criteria to Sneak into the Set

Don't read the sblock if you'd prefer not to be influenced by my crazy side.

Alternate criteria: Create a Rare card that can bring about Mastery all on its own.

(I'm allowed to submit another option if no-one's posting, right? I hope no one has a problem with it.)

If you don't like that criteria feel free to follow the mechanical gesture of the original post and make a mana thing. Obviously people who have already submitted cards don't have to resubmit.

I vote for TPmanW. Mana dorks are absolutely my favorite, if you couldn't tell.

Actually, I just realized that TP's card doesn't have its own mana ability. I assumed it would be able to get you to 7 mana on turn 3, which Elvish Mystic into Ursara, the Grove-Tender would be if it had ": Add to your mana pool."

I change my vote to Dudibus as long as TP's card remains in its current form, because it accomplishes what I thought TP's card did, although with inferior flavor and wording.

Sure, add a T: add G to it. That shouldn't be too nuts on a legend.

OK, I actually have more problems with Ursara, The Grove-Tender:

1) Grove Tender is already the name of storyteller's Mastery manadork, so it needs a new name.
2) Is she meant to be associated with bears? Ursa is the Latin root for bears, you know.
3) Should this really effect Seething Song? That makes me nervous. I'd rather it say "nonland permanent" instead of "nonland source."
4) TP, if you give me some flavor by the time the Elves poll is over that doesn't have Grove-Tender in it, I'll use that instead of this.
5) If you don't get me a name, or Elves loses, I'ma change it to this:

Ursara, Soul of Maraka
Legendary Creature – Bear Elemental
: Add to your mana pool.
If a nonland permanent would add mana to your mana pool, it adds twice that much mana instead.
2/2

That cool?

All that said, I don't like deciding votes by myself. Can we get one more vote by the time I finish updating the spoilers, please?

The only problem I have with it is it help artifacts which green isn't usually too fond of. Unless thats not true of Starstill?

@Parad: "Ursara" was just a name I made by smashing together the syllables of Incan words I found until they sounded good. How about "Canoca"? To fix the grove-tender bit, how about Canoca, The Grower?
If elves get the boot, I'd rather this be a treefolk than a bear. Elemental would work nicely too.
I didn't think that hitting rituals would be that big of a deal (mostly because of the double green in the cost) but "nonland permanent" works fine too. More flavourful really.
@Dudibus: No, artifacts and green still hate each other. I was trying to make the effect as simple as possible so I just kind of dismissed the artifact love as a wurms with boots type of issue. If Parad wants to make it "nonland permanents" though, may as well go all the way and make it only hit creatures.

Canoca, The Grower
Legendary Creature – Treefolk Shaman
: Add to your mana pool.
If a creature would add mana to your mana pool, it adds twice that much mana instead.
2/2

I'm going to call it Canoca of the Lost Orchard. If Elves win, it'll be an Elf Druid. If Elves lose, it'll be a Treefolk Druid. I think that's much more fitting than Shaman. Is that ok with you, TP?

What... haha, I one with one vote! Man, with three wins this week I could basically force a cycle.

Make a common mana dork.
Make a common green aura for buffing up your creatures.
