I'm not sure how I feel about a commander that ignores the increasing cost of replaying it so blatantly. Then again, I always loved karador and he has a similar ability (i.e., he almost always costs the same to play)

Its also an activated ability. It essentially gives him flash.

It doesn't really bother me that it has flash. It does mean that it can't be countered though (by normal counters).

I love this card, mostly because it ignores the increased cost of re-casting from the command zone.

This card is sweet. I think the coolest part is that he is just a great utility creature as well. He can just as easily go in a fish type deck as some kind of wacky combo deck.
