Unearth is a significantly worse combat trick, it being a sorcery. I'll change it to but seems kind of cheap for what could be a pretty huge blowout.

Confused. CKY's flavor text is so very good, but the effect is a) not monoblack (Obzedat's Aid/Vindicate say if you want to mess with ANY type, you need white added in) and b) does not support "card type matters" because it makes the card type irrelevant: any permanent will do.
