GRADES
Totally on time

Sorry (not really) for the late grades. I have been thoroughly depressed and thoroughly busy which is an extremely bad combination. Work is inconveniently placed so that I can't quite give two rounds worth of grades in one week. With this in mind, this will probably become weekly. Grades and new criteria each Tuesday while I'm at the desk-job with little better to do. Coincidentally, it's Tuesday and I just ate a bagel.

AzureShade: Not neeearly as interesting as your previous cards. A global Wit's End with attached cantrip and mill is both mildly unnecessary and severely overcosted. Nor is the flavor as redeemable as your last few cards. There's just no point in time where you would pick this card up and go "hmm... this seems right!". There's no strategic backing to the card. It doesn't have any intrinsic power and it's even Johnny-proof. Had this card cost significantly less (4cc) with the keeper-card chosen by caster, I could see a case. Seven card dig while screwing over your opponents and being multiplayer friendly is viable. 7cc "I hope this works" is not.

Van: Great effect. Great flavor. Totally Teferi's Puzzle Box.

Ko_: The keyword your looking for is "kicker". Anyway, ignoring that you're a humongous ****** and that your card's name is uncomfortably close to that of another card and that your card is completely devoid of flavor, you've created a mildly interesting card. I like the way you chose to balance any sort of timing issue.

The Butt: While I understand that I restricted you to discarding mass amounts of cards, I can't help but feel that the card's flavor(name) indicates that the bodies would be fetched from the graveyard rather than the hand. I would've much preferred to see some indication of the contrary. Also, even if "the hand" was made more prominent in the card's flavor, you'd have to clarify what a "body" is. Something like Maelstrom Pulse would be the bees knees to discard with Forage Bodies, but how do you get around to calling a burst of magical power a "body"? Anyway, flavor aside, you've made yourself a fine card. Being a one-shot effect helps a lot (as opposed to granting +p/+t equal to charge counters on ~) in terms of balance. My only mechanical concern is that hexproof would probably look better as almost any other ability instead.

Imidazoline: Draw cards. Discard cards. It's a rather standard effect throughout Magic with the reverse coming into slightly better favor in recent times. However, I don't see the advantage on this card. Cards in the grave are sexy 'n' all, but there are better cards that do so. In terms of straight draw/sift capabilities, Ideas Unbound is the closest comparison, and this incarnation fails to compete in all aspects other than "I'm black". Forcing you to discard three cards ahead of time is what really hurts. Not that you have to discard in general. That much is just a fact of life. It's that you have to discard three. One option I would've considered would be making sort of a Sea Drake drawback where you still HAVE to discard, but you aren't forced to three (in the event that you have less than three cards in hand). Oh, and yeah, I'm still having trouble pathing my way around that flavor text. A+ on that bit.

Tevish Szat: Oooh look. Another card that involves +1/+1 counters. There are three of you total! Ignoring that, you did a fantastic job with this card. The only thing I'm really missing is that you could've gone so much further with a little bit of flavor. Some cards are rather straightforward with who they are, who they're looking for, and how much ass they're going to kick. It could just be perspective, but I don't feel this card was better served by such an omission.

YingLung: This is actually the card that had me hung-up on commentary for the longest. It's **** good.

Confused: This card has the potential to be good, but as it stands, it's entirely broken. There's a deck called Oops Spells that is entirely based upon landing a 4cc creature and dumping the library into the graveyard. It's a similar plan to the reason Hermit Druid continues to be banned. So, in comparison, a 3cc dump, even if it is two colors, can be very, very dangerous.

Yarium: Let me impress that I do not like uncards in the slightest. It is possible to be silly without being ridiculous. Also, AzureShade is correct in its failure to function correctly. Though not necessarily for the right reasons. There wouldn't be any specific issues with having to reverse time or anything. In actuality, the "you must if able" would just not have an effect. Reason being that the game can never determine if you are or are not able to pay a mana cost. You could reword it and establish some sort of penalty if the player does not or is not able to do X, but you cannot force them to pay mana. I am also wary to accept that either could be tied solely to an activated ability. You'd probably have to have both a triggered ability and an activated ability on the card. Ex: "EOT, if ~ did not activate an activated ability this turn, INSERT EFFECT", and then have the respective activated ability be printed on the card somewhere.

Dudibus: MORE +1/+1 COUNTERS?!?!?!? Nah, see if I give a damn. For the good... I love that you gave the discard a firm and unique backing. It's not something that stands out in an awesome fashion, but... It's good. Unremarkable in the sense that it will end up on Flavor Of The Year lists with people looking back going "dang, I'd bang the **** out of Braids" (quote alex wennerberg 2013). For the bad... well, it's not even the bad. The card just doesn't pop out at you.

PeregrineV: (I kind of guessed it was on purpose. Nice job with it.) Aaanyway! On to the card! The idea is good, but I think the end result is a bit too good. In your average Standard deck, you'll probably top out at 6cc. Who cares if you discard your hand if you can just deal twelve damage for four mana? In Limited I wouldn't be surprised to see hand-stacking till you have twenty damage. Something crazy might even pop up in Modern or Legacy where you discard Emrakul for the gg. Costing it would be the safest, albeit grittiest, way to go about fixing it. But I bet there would be other avenues for a costing solution.

Points!
YungLing: 11pts
Tevish Szat: 7pts
Ko_: 5pts
The Butt: 3pts
Imidazoline: 3pts (flavor)
Van: 1pts (get gud)

Current Scoreboard
