I dunno if that's necessary, it's been common everywhere it's been printed.

CKY - Not at uncommon. I love the card and it makes some pretty clear signals while drafting, but a anthem a +2/+2 anthem at uncommon? As a rare sure, but not uncommon. This will be like Wirewood Chaneller in Oslaught. It would you'll feel obligated to draft it and railroaded into following the theme.
TPZ- Excellent as always TP! Could make a big difference in draft, especially when your engrave tokens kill theirs without trading. Cheap enough to inspire some neat brewing too.
Shaz - Another card I like good card that I
Parad - Indestructiblity at uncommon? Maybe as a one-shot combat trick, but not as an anthem. Pair with a token or two and you shut your opponent out of the game. At uncommon you might even have multiples, and no limited deck will be prepared for that.

Voting for Confused. Glint Hawk is basically another sacrifice outlet (because you're likely returning a relic).

I'd change my vote to Confused if the artifact were colorless.
