Is "Marketplace Earth is one of the fictional worlds that are part of the Alternate History Travel Guides project created by the quasifictional organization know as the Interdimensional Transit Authority." really need and is it going to be on every single world page? also you forget to explain to me how do do the picture lol

1. It was just a simple blurb to allow for a link back to the main project, I'll come up with something better when I'm actually focued on ITA.
2. Treat every wiki page like people were coming into it without first going through the main page.

For exmaple, if I somehow ended up on the Pab'Oestenstad page and it started with:

I have no clue whats going on. I dont know what world this is in, what ruleset it's using, what the significance of a mage tower is... nothing.

But instead there is a line like:

Okay, now suddenly I know that this city is party of the Squinty's Sandbox world and that it was made by Squinty_Eyes. And I also have links to both the main page of the World and a link to the water tower to learn more about it.

Dont have to drown the user in information, or repeat the same information on every page, but you definitely don't want to not give any or not provide people a way to navigate pages.

There was no way to get to that page before, and now way to get back to the main page from it. It was just an island. Now it at least has a link back to the main project, I'll have to find a way to get a link up to it when I have the time.

I may have linked it when I was tinkering on the main page. But like I said I dont even have them open currently, I'm working on PBP posts and homework and its already past bedtime. Blah!

Did you get images and such figured out?

You can tell the page how big to make it. Its in the example I gave you. Also in the guides I sent.

Well thats why I showed you the page with the example... in fact I gave an example in the other thread up in Meta I think

All you had to do was plug your file name in, your size, right/left, and the description.

Those tutorials weren't easy for me to understand, wikipedia's was and by reading thire article i figured out what i was doing worng

As an aside it looks like the best way to introduce a link to Prime is via Market Place's page....Unless we do an index of all of the worlds Something like these worlds are unexplored but have been given names and in some cases do have details such as the oops worlds lol
