Ideally, this enables a pretty cute deck with lots of Seals and Pacifism effects on early turns followed by a stream of fat. It's just a static size once you play it, so I don't think it's unreasonable for common.

I dunno, Rumbling Baloth is definitely a thing. I'm fine with this sometimes being better as long as it makes people want to play enchantments.
