Why not both? I usually end up using burn more, even though I like blue more than red.

You draw one OR opponent discard one.

I draw one. The opponent discarding one is useless too often, because people drop their hand on the field too fast.

You play Prismatic or you play Rainbow Stairwell.

Rainbow Stairwell, I hate going up to 100 card decks, even EDH.

Pauper or Peasant?

Pauper. Standard Pauper if allowed, but if not pauper.

Barren Glory. While I don't mind pushing the number of cards in a deck slightly above sixty, having a +200 card deck is just insane to get consistent wins with.

Kuldotha Rebirth or Devastating Summons?

Kuldotha Rebirth, it's easier to go Great Furnace => Kuldotha Rebirth

Harrow or Cultivate?

Harrow. Because you can tap the land you sacrifice as part of the cost, and the two new lands come in untapped. Making it a 1 mana net loss.

paper tiger, scissors lizard, or rock lobster?

EDIT: Looks like I chose Rock Lobster, which is bad since you got Scissors Lizard!

Necropotence. I know exactly what to do with that @#$@. Throw in a few hymn to tourah, and a couple other "fun" things and we have ourselves a deck.

spatula of the ages or urza's hot tub?

Donkeys. Why else would City of Ass be a joke card otherwise?

Alabaster Mage, the offset of life is bigger than the one time use of haste IMO.

Rebound or Conspire?
