That's pretty much it. If there's a team with all resistance members on it, and we just gave it a quick auto-pass, then everyone would know they are all resistance. So, if a resistance member failed to send in a pass/fail card, it would be auto-pass, since that's all they can do, but, we do the actual PM thing anyway.

heck, even in mafia, good hosts have each player PM them each night no matter if they're targeting or not, so that night can end as soon as possible.

So, we currently have six players. Both of the games I ran were 6 players. I'd really like to get at least 7 players so I can see a game with 3 Spies in it.

Probably, but we've had just about the bare number of players so far for each game, so I'd like to see a bigger game get played. Besides, the Resistance won the last one! We can do it again! (and then have a better track record than the Mafia games)

I have to agree. I mean, the 5 and 6 person games we've played were total blasts...but I've got a feeling that adding more is going to be more fun.
I'm going to close signups at 10, or around mid-day Sunday, randomize the roles and send out the PM's with the intent of starting Monday morning.

I like 7 players, but I'm somewhat wary of anything higher. Not that I'm against it, I haven't played with larger player counts all too often.
To be honest, I don't actually like the 5 and 6 player dynamics all that much.
