That's a good point. Even in set with a heavy theme, most of the cards are just... kind of cards. As long as they don't contradict the theme it's okay.
This is why I think we should start playtesting as soon as possible- it makes it easier to pick up on these things. It might also be worthwhile to put the visual spoiler back up, just without any art. For myself at least, I find information much easier to digest that way.

So, as the new Wiki head, I figured I should reach out to you folks since the Wiki seems like it might be a useful platform for storing information about the project. If y'all're interested in getting things set up there, just let me know, and I'll do what I can to help you out. In fact, I might start an overarching coordination thread for this subforum, since I think if anything belongs on the Wiki, big card projects do!

Starstill culd definitely have a place on the wiki. It's still in a state of flux though.

I don't see that as a problem. The Wiki is in a state of flux. It's there to be used, honestly, and I think it might help to have some of the rough stuff organized in one place in a publicly editable form.

For an archetpye, how about token love? We already have a mechanic that makes tokens, so some token support could work.

2 important notes:

1- We're on the wiki now! Feel free to add to what I've got so far, it's barely more than a stub.

2- Mirrored pairs. I think could use a few. Screw 5 color cycles. This is a set about division, we need pairs of cards like White Knight and Black Knight or the red and blue elemental blasts. Personally I'd like to see a mirrored pair for each colour combination. The pairs don't have to be related to each other in any way.

Ugh, I'm sorry guys, I've fallen into World of Warcraft's wicked web again. Sounds stupid, I know. But I get hyper-focused on nerdy things sometimes (as this very project is evidence of), and then it's really hard to pull myself away despite the deleterious effects it has on the other areas of my life.

Have you guys been getting on fine without me? Is there anything pressing I need to attend to?

I started the voting on the last round and kept track of the winners. You still have to add them to the set though.

I like the middle pairs suggestion and have been keeping an eye for opportunities. Development stage can also try to push these.
