This can do some weird things with auras.

I like the concept here, but why is it a mass of vines? Why not a giant mole or something? A Burrowing (large creature)?

Yeah, I considered that; my thoughts were that 3G to destroy an aura was fine power-level wise, although I was on the fence regarding the lack of rules transparency.

Ultimately I am changing my card because I think it is more interesting to break the combo onto two different cards, to make drafting more rewarding.

So I have edited my card.

I think of it as a large humanoid shaped mass of vines, then, when it wants to, it just "spreads" along the ground into a creepy crawly-like thing. Think the corruption (worms?) from Princess Mononoke.
