Howdy gang!

'This or That' is a really common forum posting game, but in this version all of the questions will be Magic : The Gathering themed.

The rules are simple, one person asks a question with two choices then the next poster answers with their choice before asking their own question. Questions can be as simple as a choice between sets, cards abilities, or characters or they can be more complex like theoretical situations and cards.

For example:

Poster A
Elf Decks or Goblin Decks

Poster B
Goblins obviously!
Raging Goblin or Boros Recruit

Poster C
Raging Goblin
Deathtouch or Double Strike?

- - - - - - -

I'll start:

Undermine or Absorb?

Lymph Sliver. I love blue denial, but I have a soft spot for Slivers.

Put two 1/1 tokens into play OR Put a +1/+1 counter on each of two target creatures?

Two 1/1 creatures. Advantage in numbers.

Nivmagus Elemental or Blistercoil Weird

Nivmagus Elemental, because it's different than most other things you see.

Keep it in its original colour, or shift it into another?

Pacts for sure!

Lotus Bloom or Dryad Arbor?

EDIT: I'm trying to keep a theme that the next question has something in common with the answer just given. In this case - Pacts, and both cards in the question, are manaless!

Islandwalk, easy.

The other can be used for flavor, but doesn't make for an easy win. (Yeah, spike)

Archaeomancer or Auramancer?

Walls, more old school flavor. Wish they'd print more new walls.

Angels or Demons?

Wind Drake, but that may just be because it's a lot easier to cast in Limited.

Artifacts or Enchantments?
