Would you mind me refluffing the Fey Pact? Your game doesn't have a Feywild, or anything fey at all from what I've seen, so it would make sense.

What is the refluff? There is definitely a Feywild, it just isn't a prominent theme in the current location of the party.

ETA: Most of the base fluff for 4E for the Feywild is accurate. The only difference is that the eladrin do not live in the Feywild but on the edge between the Feywild and the material world.

I was hoping to refluff it as 'demon pact'. Is that okay? Same abilities, other story surrounding it.

Actually, keep it as it is. Traditional Fey Pact works even better.

And would the wizard power 'Hypnotism' from Heroes of the Fallen Lands be acceptable to pick up if you multiclass wizard? It is just a simple power:

At-will, Arcane, Charm, Enchantment, Implement
Standard Action, Ranged 10
Target: One enemy
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
HIt: Choose one of the following effects:
-The target makes a melee basic attack against a creature of your choice, with a +4 power bonus to the attack roll.
-You slide the target up to 4 squares.

Alternatively, how about the wizard multiclass feat in Heroes of the Feywild?

Ehhhh, fine on Hypnotism and definitely no on the witch feat.

Again, stick to the PHBs and Power books. You can dip into the main Eberron book for changeling feats, but that's it.
