Black Mythic Noncreature.
I like thatmarkguys' for the dies mastery, but I don't quite see mastery in black.
I view Mastery as being like Theros' Heroic - some colors do it more and better than others, but all colors at least get a taste of it. In THS-block, only 4 of 42 Heroic cards were black - 15 were white. I don't view my card as "This means Mastery is now an area of focus for black" - if anything, I'm thinking more like "Black might get one or two Mastery cards, and this is one of them."
I am inclined to agree.
Pretty inefficient. Maybe try it at
? It still takes just as much mana to get going, but it's a lot more exciting.
Board wipe + Mass discard = hard to recover from. This is comparable to
Cruel Ultimatum. I would up the cost, or at least the colour weight.

You may pay 5 life and sacrifice 5 permanents instead of paying ~'s mana cost.
Target player loses after the next five end steps.
I don't like how it makes you keep track of something without any sort of physical reminder. Maybe it could be something more like
Azor's Elocutors? Of course, that's been done already. Maybe you could lower the cost and make it an aura for players that causes them to lose?
An uncounterable, unbouncable, unkillable wincon? With that cost and the time restriction it could actually work. I mean, even if you combo this out turn 1, aggro can still beat you. Presumably control could stop the combo. In any event I doubt that combo would be happening in standard.
