Again, if you move to B11, you will suffer an OA. Also you can add your STR modifier, what you don't add are your weapon proficiency and your weapon bonus. You can bull rush the opponent at a diagonal angle (the rules, again , are not clear about this point, so I will allow it, but considering the height, it is better if you just attack it, better chance to hit and better damage.
