Some of you may have already noticed the little link up in the top right between "FAQ" and "Search" but for those who haven't:

The Wiki page is now live and available. The Wiki has the same CoC as the forum; otherwise, it's free to use as you like. You can store character sheets, use it for group projects, keep campaign notes, or whatever else you can think of.

The main page should be locked to edits. If you develop a project that you would like to have us link off the main page, drop me a PM and I'll add it for you. Otherwise... have fun with it, and we look forward to seeing what creative ways you use the tool!

I'm still tinkering with things on and off over on the wiki, but eventually plan on having quite the little web of information stored there. Much better for some stuff than a linear thread layout.

You might want to spread the word about this in some of the other forums (maybe all of the other forums, in fact) just so people actually know this is happening. YMTC could particularly benefit, I think, from having this more overtly plugged.

Hmmm, odd. If I look at the page under this account I don't see the double text. If I log into my OoU account, I do see it. And if I go to edit (which I can only do as Fire) I also don't see the extra text.

I'll look at it more later, I guess...

edit: Looks like Welder fixed it between the time I viewed it in my OoU and the time I went out there to do the edit! Mystery solved! yay!

In that spirit, though, if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or ideas for the wiki, this announcement thread is a great place to voice them them, at least for the time being.

An easier link to the All Pages page on the Home Screen. Its nice having the Random Page note there, but not everyone will know that to view all pages on the wiki to go to Special Pages -> All Pages. Seeing the pages en masse might help people stumble upon stuff rather than having to search or click through random stuff.

Just curious. Do you have an easy way to make changes to the side to side alphabetical columns thing on the all pages page?

We could look into it, but that display method is simply how all wikis list their pages on the All Pages page.

It bothers me from time to time as well, but I don't know if its changeable, or if a better system exists. If you did them alphabetically without three columns it would triple the length of the list. If you made them vertically it wouldn't carry over to the next page correctly and the order would become a jumbled mess of bouncing around.

Given that it's a table with three columns, I wouldn't count on it.
