Whenever a player taps a land for mana, each other player adds one mana to his or her mana pool of any type that land produced.
Mana pools do not empty at the ends of steps and phases.

I think this would have been better as "Whenever a player taps a land for mana..."

I don't think "Platonic Relationship" comes from "Pay to Play" so
