It seems like everyone else had the same trouble I did, because a lot of these don't feel common, don't feel like enchantments, or just don't justify black caring about enchantments.

thatmarkguy's card edges out Effigy's for me.

I must admit that I don't get this whole "Enchantment feel". What do enchantments feel like? As long as the flavor somehow justifies it, I must admit I don't really care that much.
With that said, Shazzeh Parad for being the closest to what I want black enchantment creatures to now be.

Flavor is probably most of the "enchantment feel" but we could also have a mechanic like bestow that justifies it. We don't really have anything like yet but I still think something can actively feel not like an enchantment. Like, I like Knifethrower's card as a card, but it feels like a weird choice for this round because what kind of enchantment has an ETB drawback and no other abilities? I guess it's that I think enchantment creatures should have some kind of effect on the battlefield that has nothing to do with them being a creature.

We haven't even touched rares or mythic yet in black.

Black rare creature. Something you'll want to attack with (not a small utility creature like Royal Assassin / Dark Confidant / Will o the Wisp / Wall of whatever).
