That's a really good idea. Posting the proposed-next-criteria publicly is problematic because it could influence the vote (people may vote you up because they have a strong idea for that criteria, or vote against you because they don't like the criteria). If you can see that you're a voting frontrunner but don't want to risk delaying the next round if you're not around when it closes, you PM your criteria to Parad. He's already voted this round (he always votes with the ballot) so it's unlikely to influence his vote. And the next round can't begin til Parad makes a voting-is-closed announcement, so you know he'll be around to publish the new criteria as soon as the next round goes live.
