Daxos and Ember are both quite good. I'd probably go with Daxos here, though. If anything, it cuts blue from this pack as it passes to the left.

Daxos is overrated in limited. He's not difficult to block at all and Gray Ogres are awful in this format from my experience.

Ember Swallower is solid and mean as hell and I've seen it's monstrosity shut games down, especially since the best answers for it are 6-mana spells.

Except this is a format full of pump. A single +1/+1 makes him impossible to block successfuly except by deathtouchers.

Ember is certainly the safe pick. Daxos seems like you could build around him... but that seems like a very narrow approach if people aren't shipping you hopeful eildolen

If you want to be ballsy and try UW heroic, take Daxos. If you want to play in the real world, Ember Swallower (Gorgon is second pick)

Ember Swallower. 4-drop 4/5 is really hard to deal with and monstrosity is a bomb.
