echo, if I understand how it works,it needs reminder text.

I assume it's an equipment that starts attatched to a target you specify when you cast it.
But technically, it's an enchantment that you can move around, but leaves once it's no longer attached to something.

Edit: Actually, I hope it's the latter, because it's otherwise pretty absurd in limited
