@Neo - just a quick note but under your Saving Throws you've put your +3/+3/+1 under 'Misc Mod' when it should be under 'Base'. Doesn't really make a difference right now but you will have to edit it later it you get an item or feats that improves your saving throws (and it is that bonus that would go under misc).

As long as your gear fits within 100 gold pieces, I have no issues with it.
Now, calculating HP:
At each level, you gain 1 Hit Dice. In my campaigns, you do not roll for health, you get maximum possible health. So, for each level, you would add the Hit Dice + Constitution modifier for the HP at that level. So, for generating a third level character:

For backgrounds.... those are harder to help someone build since it's a personality thing. Right now, you have a Neutral Good Female Human Fighter who is incredibly strong and sturdy but who is less than charismatic. I see that she has Survival skills as well as max ranks in Dungeoneering, so she is fairly comfortable in situations outside the city walls. A generic background of many fighters is that they are guards to a city before they were adventurers. You could have been a guard here, or from some place farther away and a wagon train or simply your adventures have taken you here. Your lack of charisma could work in your favor since you needed to be stronger, be one of the guys and not some pretty face in the crowd. Raised in a family of guards perhaps, lots of brothers and no sisters. Any why a greataxe? Is it a common weapon of choice for your family, something you were trained on from an early age, or is it perhaps a more standard issue weapon from your region's military?
Now, of course, those are just some ideas to get you thinking, because a background is completely your own. But whatever you choose, just let me know. Don't forget to have an idea of what your character wants in the long-run. Just like any other person, you aren't just an adventurer, you have ambitions and dreams and desires, sow hat are they? What do you aspire to do / have at the end of your character's life?
Nice two more feats! I'm going to try to figure out a background tomorrow. I like the family of guards with lots of brothers story, I might go with that.
Born of a city scavenging Orc father and beggar Human mother, Harruc-Olk was not born of the most well to do upbringings. Between barely being able to keep down sewer rat stew (a treat in his family) and early childhood diseases he did not develope into the most hearty or nimble of half-orcs.
He sought the first chance he could to get off of the streets, his oppertunity coming with a group of traveling alchemists who donated their time to providing healing for the less fortunate. After some persuasion he apprenticed under them for several year learning not only the arts of healing, but also dabbling in body altering mutagents in an attempt to better his body.
While contact with his family has been scarce at best since his apprenticeship he still has it in mind to attempt to improve their lives as well, but when money just doesn't want to spend time in Harruc-Olk's coin pouch those kind of goals are just that much harder.
Kalevi Carter is the son of Ransu and Lynne Carter, coming from a long and moderately distinguished family nine, but not one that has historically or in the current generation been attended by good fortune. At some point in the past, of course, they must have had some luck, for the old money that long kept them solvent through lean times was great in its initial sum, though it was gained so long ago that no one rightly knows how.
Kalevi, rather specifically, is the youngest child of his family, having three older sisters who now largely attend to the failing family lands and dilapidated home with the passing of their mother and the growing senility of their father. Despite being the only boy, Kalevi was very much his mother's son, and in several ways followed after her, including being prone to vivid, lucid dreams that feel as though the dreamer is in some other world -- though some Carter ancestors were also known to have some similar sort of strangeness, Ransu was not one of them. Eventually, these nocturnal voyages lead Kalevi to discover a talent for magic.
Kalevi, though by no means a great mage, is now obliged to make his way in the world with his talents, the state of the family being such that remaining to tend the ivy-covered walls and mist-shrouded grounds of his home is not a desirable option. He does have an acceptable way with spells, and a way with words, some knowledge of the world.
Dreams have guided him onward, farther than he might have expected from familiar climes, but at least until now they have not steered him wrong. Kalevi has prepared for travel and endured hostilities, but found himself ready for both.
I still need some kind of background information from Garren_Windspear, NeoSilk, Roaring Mouse and Bounty Hunter (as well as a name, for BH's character). The background doesn't need to be in depth, just whatever you want for your character's beginnings. You could have been a city guard in another city (or this one), you could have been the child of a farmer, you could have been born on the roads to a family of adventurers, or any number of other backgrounds. The only reason I am asking for one is so that I can help shape the world and the campaign by having more sources to draw on. So please come up with something, and once I have any notation on a past, I'll begin the game.
