Graydon will run back to the deck and ask a sailor to toss him the lifesaver he fashioned in the skillcheck battle. He'll then toss it to Q/A below and try to haul them up. I don't know how long it will take for a sailor to toss his the lifesaver though, but I'll go ahead and roll an attack on the square behing Q and an athletics check to start hauling the line in.
