Skullcleaver is OK. But the most effective option is the one that lets us play our good cards. Traveler's Amulet Bauble is so good even two-color decks play it.

Under the pretense that we're going to do our best to play Double Wingsteed Rider and our Glimpse... let's take the Traveler's Amulet.

This is the problem with the haphazard picks so far as I really don't think we will play the white we have. We are now looking at either wasting a pick on Amulet or getting a playable. For me, I take the playable so I would take [card]Dragon Mantle[/c] as it's cheap, draws a card and can be very relevant late game.

I have never seen this played in a two colour deck (that's not to say it's not played, just that I haven't seen it).

Hedging my bets with an amulet.
We really should have taken burnished hart last pack. Things are looking rocky.

This Saturday, I lost to a black devotion deck that used Fated Infatuation to copy a Gary. He played the Amulet to get to triple blue in what was a heavy black deck otherwise.

Generally, when somebody plays this in a two-color deck, his rating turns out to be a lot higher than mine :)

I want to take the second rageblood. (Would have been a definite good pick had we taken the skullcleaver.)

There are three great cards for the WU heroes deck in here. The question seems to be, do we go aggro with the Hoplite, or control with Triton? If we were firmly two colors, the answer would be easy. Ah, what the heck, I say we go for broke.

Favored Hoplite

If nothing else, everybody should use any piece of removal handy on him when you play it. Leaving Wingsteeds alive.

Hoplite. But man, multiple ragebloods in a 'tar deck would be sweet.

Hoplite.

Weird signals. I wouldn't expect both of these cards to come this far to us.

Hoplite I guess. Tactics. Think it's time I admitted that I have no idea where this deck is going or what our signals mean.
Also, no love for unicorn? We are 3 colours, and I doubt we're likely to play half our cards on curve anyway.

This looks like a train wreck. Lots of Heroic dudes with minimal triggers.

I think you take the Tactics.

We have like 9 target spells/bestow dudes. In all three colors total. And I'm counting targeting our own stuff with glimpse, culling mark, and Portent, which are traditionally not meant for our own stuff. We don't have nearly the volume of heroics to triggers we need to run the wingsteeds. Wingsteed without a trigger is a double white flying bear. The only way this plan of white something heroics works is if literally every pick from here on is an in color playable trigger. I didn't even think wingsteed was that playable compared to the other heroics. Right now, I'd say we'd trigger 1-2 heroics in any given match.

All we need are two more enchantrips or a combat trick, and the deck will work. Tactics would have been great, but we needed another hero.
