Kinda trying to decide between holding my action to attack and seeing if I can assist with the cannons.

Cannons are below deck. It only costs you one move action to go below deck, but it costs you a full turn to return to the topmost deck.

You can assist with the firing of the cannons. It is a standard action. Successfully aiding increases their chance to hit, but not their damage. If you like I can look up the specifics for doing so (I don't have it off memory).

I suppose I'll do that. Do I roll anything? Or just post I'm heading downstairs to help man the guns?

Standard action: make an athletics check. On a 14 or higher, all the guns get a +2 to atk rolls until your next turn.
