5.0: First pick no matter what. I will always play this card. 4.5: Splashable and first pick worthy. 4.0: First pick pack 1. 3.5: Early pick though not always a first pick. 3.0: Solid early/mid pick. 2.5: Solid pick in color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).
Basically a minotaur for constructed. Hurloonish with theoretical synergies. I think I first picked this in my first BTT draft and went 2-1. I am going to say draft as 2.0 plays as 2.5 basically only 1 deck will play him so you should get him if you are actually RB taurs.

Key card in minotaur aggro, which I think is a very viable but narrow deck. 2.5 seems right but a 4 if you want to play that deck (i.e. don't pass this except for a bomb)
Yes, but I think it's extremely difficult to 3-0 a draft with a minotaur deck. Maybe if you had triple lightning strike or >2 lords I had a ragemonger, a warcaller and 4 deathbellow raiders. Deck was fine but not fantastic.
Has anyone here actually won a draft with a minotaur deck?
