Yep 63 total. Didn't see Toughness in your feat listing. For the record you aware of the Human Wizard favoured class option?

'Wizard: Add one spell from the wizard spell list to the wizard's spellbook. This spell must be at least one level below the highest spell level the wizard can cast.'

It's an option if you don't want an additional hit point.

Nah, I'm squishy enough as it is. I'll take the hit points. thanks for making me aware of the option though.

I've never actually had followers or corhorts.

Should be interesting to see.

An evil mastermind needs minions, after all. :D

I have minions too!

A human wizard, a fletchling summoner, and a half-elf sorcerer.

Question for ...whoever.

Should I take +1 STR at 4 and +1 STR at 8 in the hopes that the game lasts till we're level 12 and I can bump it to a nice even 20?

Or assume that we'll not make it that far, take +1 CON at 4 for the bonus HP from leveling, and then +1 STR at 8 to round it off at 18?

Thoughts?

I'm always in favour of more HP myself (as evident by my taking toughness feat). Go for the CON if you ask me, regardless of whether or not we'll make it to 12.

I'd say go +1 CON and +1 STR. You can always grab a Belt of Giant's Strength to improve your scores later on. Only a bargain 4000gp for a +2 STR bonus.

Well as mentioned I have no experience with higher level gear in 3.5 and Pathfinder ...so I don't even know what's out there.

Will be surfing through the gear as I'm able to finish up the character. Besides gear and a backstory, I'm mostly done I think.

How does it work for gear?

I'm looking at armor tables and I'm a little confused.

Magic armour basically works like this;

1) Chose a weapon/armour you wish to enchant (for armour it would be a robe in your case).
2) Add a GP fee to make it Masterwork; 300gp for weapons, 150gp for armour.
3) Before you can apply any other enchantments you must apply a basic enhancement bonus to it. At the very least it must be a +1 bonus (costing 1000gp) but can be anything up to +5 assuming you have the cash for it.
4) From the various charts you can see potential other enchantment (such as Glamoured or Slick). Next to these will either be a set amount of gold or a +X bonus. If its a +X bonus you add that to the base +1 to work out the total enchantment of the armour (so a +1 armour with the Spell Resistant (13) enchantment (+2 bonus) will be a +3 Armour (costing 9150gp - 9000 got +3 armour, +150 for masterwork).

can you apply multiple different enchantments to a single item this way? just by adding to the cost?

Yep. The only limitation is the total combined bonus of a weapon can't be greater than +5 total.

And of the enchantments that don't give a +x bonus, that instead just cost +amount of gold? I can add as many of those as I can afford?

My STR dropped because while reviewing choices, I noticed that when I took Large, it forced me to adjust any Ability Increases to STR or CON to 4 evolution points instead of 2. Thus, I could only afford to do it once instead of twice.

I'm going to say yes because for the live of m0e I can't find anything saying that that's not the case.

When picking spells, can I use some of my starting gold to buy additional spells for my spellbook beyond the starting allotment?
