there are spam bots **** up the place and no one is banning them

Report the posts so it becomes easier for people to delete and ban the bots.

I've removed some posts from this thread.

Two things to keep in mind, folks: First, just because a word isn't in the filter doesn't make it okay to flame people with it. Second, nothing makes it okay to flame people, regardless of whether or not you're using profanity.

On the subject of spambots: Slobad switched the CAPTCHA system we were using to a different one, which seems to have shut out the flood for now. Hopefully it won't flare up again.

New spambots have been popping up a lot recently. They seem to be doing a large slew of new threads each night. Anyone know of any good phpBB forum scripts to help with this?
