A little foreshadowing of my plans if this test isn't over by then. But now we have two of us doing rituals. Though I do see quite a bit of merit in True Believer's (Thibor's) plan.

I'll roll a Perception check to hear ol' Thibor, but I think Graydon would go down below the hull to begin emptying it of seawater anyway.

Can I possibly get a quick update on the status of the ship? If I'm reading all this correctly we are no longer being drawn into the whirlpool, the breach in the hull is being patched and the Cap'n is rallying her crew. We're pretty much solid by my reckoning.

You guys are doing pretty good! Status wise you guys owned this problem, and only two lost sailors! Nameless ones at that. Good job.

The DC is 16, so if you weren't including the +2 power bonus from Quinn's stupendous bard-powers, you succeed with a 17!

If you were including it, you unfortunately fail to maintain the integrity of the ritual while you are trying to stay afloat and lose it. :(
