Given the synergy-based nature of Kamigawa limited, I don't know how much I like drafting it with 2 non-Kamigawa sets.

Quite literally, what does it matter if you like it or not? Its a random pack draft. Its supposed to be a disaster.

I wouldn't call our last random draft a disaster, and we had Lorwyn in the mix, which is also synergy-based.

As for the pick, I'll go with Ninja Picker like everyone.

interesting strategy. We already have 2 pretty decent double-black cards and blue. Packs 2 and 3 will have a random amount of fixing, and could Alara or something which would be hilarious (if hands full of uncastable spells are funny to you, sicko).

I guess we are not likely to flip the gray ogre in any case.... probably branching out with Heart is a good play.
