I was trying to strike a balance between synergy and enough card power to still win games, but I was more interested in doing degenerate things with the titan than winning. Here's where i'm at... mostly played best of 1. Strong matchup against uw control decks is a +. 4 mire triton chump block (deathtouch), fills yard, etb counters a shockland (ouch) 2 rix maadi reveler rarely is a draw spell, early game filter, helps against aggro or critical mass against control 1 underworld breach good 1 of in the late game, always sided out after game 1 2 revival // revenge so much utility, can return any creature in the deck, don't read the 2nd. half 4 discovery // dispersal obv. graveyard filler, but dispersal is more effective than usual because of the other discard pressure 3 lazav, the multifarious titans #5-7 and occasionally helps slow aggro with 3 toughness, +surveil helps 4 thought erasure +surveil helps filter 3 angrath's rampage doesn't care about hexproof 4 kroxa, titan of death's hunger so much graveyard help that it ends up in play by turn 5 many games and keeps coming back 4 gorging vulture graveyard workhorse, the evasion is sometimes relevant, the lifegain is marginal but ok with triton 2 the royal scions draw, yard, break the titan through against tokens (or vulture for 4) 3 storm's wrath obv. savior against aggro stays over soot because of the walker clause 1 swamp cause i'm prob. horrible at mana bases 1 mountain cause trophy is still a card 4 temple of deceit the scry lands seem to let me cheat and run 24 lands in practice 4 watery grave ouch 4 steam vents same 2 temple of epiphany looking for my pieces 4 blood crypt ouch 4 temple of malice temple of can we get a fetch reprint since power level is meaningless in a world where oko was ok Sideboard: 4 redcap melee 1 mana rdw answer (weakest matchup) 1 storm's wrath weakish to aggro in game 1 so... 2 agonizing remorse uro/elspeth go away... 2 noxious grasp nissa, etc... go away 1 angrath's rampage not sure why i want 4 now. prob. weaker on sideboard construction than mana bases! 3 mystical dispute everybody's doin it 2 narset, parter of veils give me time to titan your hand, thanks |

any updates? I think I will test out this pile for the funs! I love Kroxa. |
