Welcome to the jank insanity, these are (only a part of) my decks collection. Tested ones brought me to mythic this season, because the idea was to put them to the test to make changes to the decklist. Don't expect good results though, even the tested lists are not the ultimate ones, i only tested 4-5 matches each. All of them have sideboards.

As competitive deck dimir for sure, i'm around top 100 now using it.

For fun, can speak only about the tested ones. WR prison has a very bad winrate, the rest are ok.
I would recommend gruul Rhythm that is worse than the gruul one that everyone uses, but here you can have hasty Ghalta or Kraul Harpooner with autopump, also boros Visitation is quite fun and among the ones with the highest winrate in the tested pile.

The two decks above are quite straightforward, i can also recommend other two decks but they require time to understand how to pilot them properly. Simic Scapeshift is fun and sometimes requires that you are greedy but it has some delicate decisions, Orzhov Thran/Scriptures for land destruction is a very fun one and not really difficult having a basic control shell, but it takes some time to understand how and when to perform the combo against different archetypes and what to do if it gets disrupted.
